The terms that apply when you book with Courier Run.
Last updated: June 2026. By submitting a quote request or confirming a booking with Courier Run, you agree to these terms.
Courier Run is a Sydney-based delivery, installation and removalist business, operating under ABN 47 987 599 832. These terms govern bookings made through this website, by phone, or through any other direct communication with us.
All quotes are provided based on the information you supply at the time of enquiry. We aim to provide accurate, fixed quotes wherever possible. For jobs where the full scope, item dimensions, access conditions or other relevant details are not known at enquiry, we may confirm final pricing after an initial assessment — we will always communicate this clearly before proceeding.
No prices are displayed on this website. All pricing is provided directly to you as part of the quote process and is tailored to your specific job.
A booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed on the scope, price and scheduled time in writing (by email or SMS) or verbally. We will send you a confirmation once your booking is locked in.
We ask that someone is available at the agreed location at the scheduled time, or for a brief period during the visit, so we can confirm placement and you can see the finished result before we leave.
We understand that plans change. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — ideally at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee to cover time and costs already committed. We will let you know if this applies to your booking at the time you contact us.
If Courier Run needs to reschedule due to circumstances on our end, we will contact you as early as possible and arrange an alternative time at no additional cost to you.
We treat every item with the same care we would want for our own belongings. All jobs carried out directly by Courier Run, or by a trusted subcontractor on our behalf, are covered by insurance.
To help us do our job properly, please let us know at the time of booking if your item is particularly fragile, high-value, or has any special handling requirements. Accurate information at the outset helps us bring the right equipment and take the right approach.
In the unlikely event that damage occurs, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and, where applicable, our insurer to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
Some jobs may be carried out in full or in part by a trusted subcontractor engaged by Courier Run. Where this is the case, the same standard of care and insurance coverage applies. We remain your single point of contact and are responsible for the outcome of every job we accept.
Courier Run is not currently a registered NDIS provider. Nothing on this website or in these terms should be read as a claim of NDIS registration. If you are an NDIS participant or a support coordinator enquiring about our services, please contact us directly so we can explain what we are currently able to offer.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Courier Run's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the value of the booking in question. We do not accept liability for indirect losses, consequential losses, or losses arising from information provided to us that was inaccurate or incomplete.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
