When you submit a quote request through this website, we collect the following information:

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your suburb or area
• Details about the job you are enquiring about
• Your business name, if you are enquiring as a trade customer

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment is arranged directly between you and Courier Run as part of the booking process.

This website does not currently use analytics cookies or third-party tracking. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Why We Collect It

The information you submit is used solely to:

• Respond to your quote request
• Arrange and confirm your booking
• Communicate with you about your job before, during and after it is carried out
• Send you a confirmation that your request has been received

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing lists without your explicit consent.

4. How Your Information Is Handled

When you submit the quote form, your details are sent directly to the Courier Run business owner by email and SMS notification. This information is handled only by the people directly involved in delivering your service.

Where a job is carried out in full or in part by a trusted subcontractor, we may share the relevant job details (such as your name, contact number, address and job description) with that subcontractor for the purpose of completing your booking. We do not share your information with any other third parties, and we do not sell your information.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your contact and job information for up to two years from the date of your enquiry or last service. After this period, information is deleted unless there is an ongoing legal or business reason to retain it (for example, an unresolved dispute or warranty matter).

You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly - see Section 7.

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Request that we delete your information
• Make a complaint about how we have handled your information
