We'll respond with a quote and a proposed time. If anything's unclear - wall type for an installation, access for a large item, timing around a settlement date - we'll ask before locking anything in.
If the job includes collection, we'll go and get the item - from a store, warehouse, or private seller - and bring it to you. If it's installation only, we'll arrive at the scheduled time with everything needed.
The right fixings for the item and the wall, positioned where you want it. Packaging, offcuts and rubbish leave with us - you're left with a finished result, not a mess.
