- We deliver it. Carefully, on time, handled the way a valuable mirror or art piece deserves - not stacked in a van with everything else.
- We install it - and clean up. Mounted properly, positioned where you want it, and the box, packaging and offcuts leave with us.

What if I bought my item from a private seller (e.g. Facebook Marketplace)?
No problem - we can collect directly from the seller on your behalf, including arranging payment if needed. See our Delivery Only page for more on this.
Do you remove the packaging even if it's a lot of cardboard or foam?
Yes - all packaging and offcuts leave with us as part of the service.
What if the item needs two people to carry or install?
That's exactly the kind of job we're set up for - let us know the size and weight when you book.
Do you assemble furniture, like flat-pack pieces?
Sometimes - it depends on the item. Let us know what you've bought when you enquire and we'll confirm whether assembly is included or quoted separately.
Can you install something I already own, without the delivery part?
Yes - see our Installation Only page if you don't need anything collected.
